GTBC creates a Competency Center in Business Analysis |
GTBC through its Business Unit of Project Management has recently launched a center of expertise, CCBA (Competency Center in Business Analysis)!
The competency center has as mission to help the organizations to increase the previsibility and the productivity of its business, advising them in each investment decision and supporting them in their processing.
The portfolio of this center of competence includes projects of organic intervention, such as:
- Creation of Business Management Offices;
- Methodologies of preparation of Business Cases;
- Models of Benefits Capture;
- Model optimization of the investment portfolio;
- Models for the analysis of organizational maturity;
- Training and certification of professionals in the area of Business Analysis.
